This blanket checked the box for a cozy knit blanket for my daughter's room. I read a lot of reviews to try to find one with a tight weave that wouldn't have large holes. This one ended up having bigger holes that I expected, but what it lacked in tightness of weave, it made up for in softness. It's a chenille type texture that feels like some high end robes and blankets you can get at major department stores. It came vacuum sealed in two bags that sucked out all the air. I was actually worried it wasn't what I ordered until we cut through it and it expanded into a ball of fluffiness. As I mentioned in my video, if you're looking for a super tight weave, you might need to splurge for one of the more expensive ones. If you're just looking for a cozy accent blanket, then this is a great compromise to get the popular chunky look for less.
