All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occur. Wooli is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Wooli is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist you when possible.
